When can I expect my order?

Due to the customization of our products they are made to order and are processed within 3-5 business days, please allow an extra 2-4 business days for personalized items. Once your order is processed allow another 3-10 days for standard shipping and 2-4 days with Priority Mail. If you need an order in a rush we suggest upgrading to priority shipping as standard shipping can take longer to arrive.  

Due to the COVID pandemic shipping carriers are experiencing a lot of delays. Once your package leaves our hands transit times are out of our control and we are not responsible for delays. We cannot send new items or offer refunds on delayed packages or stolen packages that have been delivered. Upgrading to priority mail shipping is recommended. 

 

Can your books be personalized?

The first page of our memory books can be personalized to include a name and birthdate. This is a great way to add a personal touch to your book. Please note the covers cannot be personalized. 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the customization of our products once an order has been placed it is sent for fulfillment and cannot be canceled or changed. 

 

What kind of paper do you use?

We use premium 80# card stock which is thick enough so you don't need to worry about ink bleeding through. Our paper is acid-free archival quality paper and FSC certified.

 

What kind of pens do you recommend?

Any fine tip archival quality pen is a great option as it won't bleed or fade over time. Sakura Pigma Micron is a good option.

  

Returns/Exchanges

Unpersonalized items are eligible for return for store credit only. Item must be shipped within 7 days from when your order is delivered. Item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Once received, the item's condition will be verified and eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

You are responsible for return shipping costs both ways. We recommend sending your item wrapped in bubblewrap and with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost items in the mail.

Personalized items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
