Shipping
Due to the customization of our products they are made to order and are processed within 3-4 business days, please allow an extra 1-2 days for personalized items. Once an order has been placed we begin the fulfillment process and it cannot be cancelled.
Once your order is processed allow another 3-10 days for standard shipping and 2-4 days with Priority Mail. If you need an order in a rush we suggest upgrading to priority shipping as standard shipping can take longer to arrive.
Due to COVID pandemic shipping carriers are experiencing a lot of delays. Once your package leaves our hands transit times are out of our control and we are not responsible for delays. We cannot send new items or offer refunds on delayed packages. Upgrading to priority mail shipping is recommended if you need your item soon
Returns/Exchanges
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out. Unpersonalized items are eligible for return for store credit only. Item must be shipped within 7 days from when your order is delivered. Item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Once received, the item's condition will be verified and eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit minus 10% restocking fee.
Unless an item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your item wrapped in bubblewrap and with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost items in the mail.
Personalized items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
