Shipping + Returns


Due to the customization of our products they are made to order and are processed within 3-4 business days, please allow an extra 1-2 days for personalized items. Once an order has been placed we begin the fulfillment process and it cannot be cancelled.

Once your order is processed allow another 3-10 days for standard shipping and 2-4 days with Priority Mail. If you need an order in a rush we suggest upgrading to priority shipping as standard shipping can take longer to arrive.  



We're sorry your purchase didn't work out. Products that have not been personalized or customized are eligible for return for store credit only. Item must be shipped within 7 days from when your order is delivered. Item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Once received, the item's condition will be verified and eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit minus a $5 restocking fee. (Please note: Books that have been personalized with the baby's name/initials or book that have been customized by adding optional pages are not eligible for return). 

Unless an item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your item wrapped in bubblewrap and with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost items in the mail.

Personalized + customized items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
