Shipping + Returns
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, please allow an extra 2-4 business days for personalized items. If you need an order in a rush we suggest upgrading to priority shipping as standard shipping can take longer to arrive. Please note upgrading the shipping does not upgrade our processing time.
We are sorry if your purchase didn't work out. Unpersonalized items are eligible for return for store credit only. Item must be shipped within 7 days from when your order is delivered. Item must be in new condition and original packaging. Once received, a store credit will be received for eligible items.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your book wrapped in bubblewrap and with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost items in the mail.
Personalized items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What Type Of Pen To Use
Any fine tip archival quality pen is a great option as it won't bleed or fade over time. Sakura Pigma Micron is our favorite!
Where To Print Photos
We love the 4x4 prints Persnickety Prints. The print quality is unmatched and they are archival photos so they won't fade overtime which is so important when putting them in your baby book. Mpix is another good option.
Order Changes + Cancellations
Due to the customization of our products once an order has been placed it is sent for fulfillment and it cannot be canceled or changed.
Package Protection
Our $0.99 Package Protection offers insurance and peace of mind for your order. If you purchase package insurance your package is fully protected in the event it is damaged, lost of stolen.
